What a fine year it was! I like the idea of favorite photos rather than best. Although with yours it’s hard to see a difference!

Thanks for stopping by Steve W. Their unusual migration behavior is what was really cool to me. I’ll be back out there of course in March – their normal visit to Nebraska – for my workshop. Ironically, it was probably warmer here today than it will be in March.

Thanks Steve G! The last one is my favorite too. I worked on the B&W conversion for quite some time – I’m not sure I have it quite right yet – but to me the B&W works well with this subject and seems to have just a bit of 3D feel to it.
